Sports bras alone are not permitted - a tank top or shirt must be worn over a sports bra. ladies shorts length needs to be appropriate and no 'boy shorts' permitted. Men must wear shirts with sleeves, no tank tops or torn clothing permitted. Tennis shoes must be worn when working out, no crocs, sandals, open toe shoes, flip flops permitted.
