The Breathing Room was founded in 2013 by artist, yoga instructor and healing arts pracititoner Suzy McCalley, as a center for yoga, arts, wellness in our community. We are located in the West End Millworks in the same warehouse as The Porch restaurant and Hoots Brewery in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We get it! It’s a normal part of the human experience.
Staying consistent in any task or goal, even when lacking motivation, requires a combination of discipline, determination, and a clear understanding of the importance of staying on track. Setting specific, attainable goals and creating a detailed plan to achieve them is crucial.
Creating a routine or schedule and sticking to it can provide structure and accountability. Pro tip: book your classes at the beginning of the week and see yourself reminders to make it to your mat.
