Get ready because we’re getting “jalapeño” business with our new local Pimento Cheese partner, . Their small-batch pimento cheese is made with hand-shredded sharp white-cheddar cheese, cage-free eggs, and flame-roasted NC jalapeños. Plus, they are family-owned and from NC, just like us!
