There are many forms of expression. Did you know in the Amazonian lines - the icaros is not just the bewa or sacred song - there are other expressions of the icaros or ikara. Some of those are the koxon or the Xon which are the soplas -or the blowing of air through the mouth & whispered offerings, blessings or prayers.

Sharing - a little bit about what I've been up to. I am supporting my beloved Vipin Mehta getting the Mehta Metaphysical Center messages more accessible through video, etc. As all is truly a co-creation I have also had the wonderful opportunity to cocreate with amazing videographers (Dylan Vento & previously Shamir) plus Taja - Mr Mehta and all of the other high vibrational Be-ings there.

One of my long desires was (and is) to create a Sacred Sound Repository - a Sacred Sound Repository of sacred sound instruments so that we may share - and proliferate this beautiful planet - with incredible harmonics and beautiful powerful, gentle, aligning sacred sounds. Along this journey so far there have been many partners in the vision, like Sherry Gill, Mehta Metaphysical Center and many others.

I am still in the infancy - or maybe I should say - gestational period- of this seed of a long term dream - or shall I say mighty and ancient tree.

Here is a little series we have started to share a single gemstone sound. And. of course to share this sound within the magic that is known as Mehta Metaphysical Center is just perfect.

One of my favorite sayings is “Shamans (& Shamanas!) take their bodies with them.”

How many of you feel like your life, or at least some of your experiences, are shamanic?

Maybe you experience yourself in multiple realities. Maybe your ability to manifest your thoughts (good or bad) is happening at a lightning fast speed. Maybe your ability to communicate telepathically with friends- or even plants, flowers or trees - has hit a whole new level.,,

All I know is, for me, the necessity of matching the strength of my soul/spirit & my body is not a nice to have but a must have.

Ive spent a number of years traversing the purely spiritual dimensions.

It feels so good to be coming back down, anchoring into the sacred temple of the physical body… anchoring all of this light, power, love, truth & beauty —reclaimed- through the crown & all the way down.

For me, it has to be, the merging of the 2, the equality of the Spirit- Body.

⭐️How does your life feel shamanic? Or both other worldly & in this worldly?
