20240822 Florida Division of Emergency Management Encourages Residents to Utilize Florida’s Second Disaster Sales Tax Holiday Ahead of Peak Hurricane Season TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) encourages Floridians to restock disaster preparedness items during the second of Florida’s two 14-day Disaster Preparedness Sales Tax Holidays beginning August 24 through September 6.

Looking for a Experienced Auto Technician / Mechanic and Office staff for estimate write ups. Must have the ability to get the work done on time, be responsible and honest. Full time employment working from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Weekends are optional if you want to make extra cash $$. Excellent pay starting fresh out the gate. Must be able to go over a vehicle and do inspection write ups as well as able to do drivability and diagnostics checks. Being able to work in a fast paced environment is a definite. doing the job right the first time is a must, as well as keeping our shop clean, organized and safe. Real mechanics, No parts changers. We currently are parked with vehicles that need everything from brakes to full engine swaps to partial restorations.

Resume would be great but not necessary, we really need to see if you can keep up with us. We are open Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and we are closed on weekends and all major holidays. We are looking for technicians that know how to work on cars, trucks and some commercial vehicles. Some tools are needed to perform this job correctly. Also ability to make more hours is always available as well. Our mechanics are making between $800 to $2000 a week. We are also looking for counter sales / service advisors. Ability to explain to customers what their cars needs is the only real job requirement. We don't lie, steal or cheat at all, and we are doing very well. Se habla espanol.
