I hope this email finds you all in the best of health. Being a small business during the Pandemic hasn’t been easy but your loyalty and support means the world.

I wanted to reach out and inform you all of a few challenges going on:  The companies that supply my products are having fulfillment issues as with sourcing of their raw materials, along with other problems. I’ve done my best to keep the stock and get them to you as soon as possible.

I need your support if there’s delays or should there be a longer wait than usual, we could use this opportunity to try something different.

I understand sometimes buying on online is easier then coming to the spa. But retail is a huge part of my business if I’m to survive. along with safety of the products being authentic, expired or warehouse conditions.

Hyperpigmentation and it’s Sister Melasma
Could be causing dark spots or patches on your face or body.
The major culprit is the Sun. Often hyperpigmentation is a sign of sundamage, sometimes it could be due to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused by acne, insect bites or some medications.
It’s all about sun protection, why even correct if you’re not going to protect. Sunscreen should be reapplied a few times a day, just putting it on once a day especially if your using products such as retinol, glycolic acids, vitamin C, niacinamide even if you get laser treatments.
