Saturday, My HBCU Network held its third annual Send Off for our students who attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
It was an amazing day of celebration and fellowship.
Special thanks to Thomas Owens, Heritage Hall and Mentor Newark for co-hosting the event with My HBCU Network.

FBF family!!! My HBCU Network is preparing for our third year of supporting students at HBCUs. This upcoming school year we will be supporting 10 students who are attending the most illustrious Historically Black Colleges and Universities!!! (Hampton U, Howard, Morehouse College, Delaware state, Morgan State, Virginia State and Lincoln Univ.) These students will be provided with care packages twice a year and a book scholarship. Please help us to support our students by participating in our popcorn fundraiser. Your support will be greatly appreciated!!!

Many of the students that My HBCU Network supports are studious and multi-talented. Samir Mott is a business marketing major and is also pursuing a minor in music at Morehouse College. He has fluently mastered playing several instruments and has recently recorded some of his music. This is such an amazing accomplishment!!!! We’re so proud of you Samir. Continue to be a Morehouse Rock Star!!!!!
