I have FOUR closings today! (2 clients in MN and 2 clients in WI) Working out of the Hudson office offers some nice perks like this beautiful view of the St Croix River River. It is the eighth highest water level on record. Some of the boats are now floating over the parking lot!

Sadly, I just heard that the fireworks show in Stillwater was postponed because so many of the parking lots and grassy shorelines for viewing are under water. However, we can all still celebrate our freedom and America’s independence without fireworks. There is so much freedom to celebrate in our country! My clients will be celebrating one of my favorite rights today that we as Americans are afforded- the right to land ownership. We truly have the world’s best Constitution and Bill of Rights that mankind has ever written. It’s not perfect but there is not one better.
