"Our beloved daughter Winnie passed away suddenly from illness in May 2022. The mission of the Winnie Watson Foundation is to further the passions of our daughter Winnie and her talents for play by making early childhood education, dance, art, and opportunities for creative and outside play more accessible to all children. Winnie loves art and color and we believe that she would love these murals and they were a great fit for helping us to honor her memory. They were painted with the help of our family and many community volunteers at a Day of Service event in our local community." -Stephen Watson, Director for the Winnie Watson Foundation
