Out with the old and in with the new! This week our team had a difficult task of removing old flooring that was glued directly to the slab. Even one of our project managers (Justin) got in the mix to help meet our deadline. We really enjoyed the final product and so did our clients. Have a great weekend everybody!

Can we do cabinets? Why yes WE can!

We were tasked with several items on a very nice and complicated cabinet installation. There were some issues with the the original installation and they needed help correcting. David, with his many years of experience was called in and has guided our team for a successful completion. Only a few more weeks on this one! Happy Thursday everyone!

Helpful tip: Hot water heater service.

You should drain your heater once a year. Reach out to us if you want help serving the heater unit and or replacing the Anode.

See recent work on David Preuss's heater(Principal at Design Carpentry). Our water heater is approx 6 years old and hasn't been serviced yearly. 🙈

We replaced the Anode:😎💯💥💢

The purpose of an anode rod is to attract the sediment and corrosive elements (like minerals in the water) so that they corrode the anode rod rather than the inside of your water heater tank. In essence, an anode rod works to protect your water heater from corrosive elements that can damage your water.

The picture is of 2 valves. One was the existing and the other of a replacement valve. Sassan (the technician) replaced this with a newer version that allows for more sediment to flow through the valve to better release "junk" from the tank.
