Big congrats to Emily Cruse, senior company dancer and student assistant for our Irish classes! Emily recently competed in the North American Irish Dance Championship and placed 8th out of 26 talented dancers. According to instructor Julia Nailor from the Carpenter Academy of Irish Dance Woodstock “it is an honor just to compete at this international event and to place in the top 10 is an extraordinary achievement!” Well done, Emily! ☘️

What a great week of “Frozen” fun! Our campers had such a good time learning dances, playing games, watching the beloved “Frozen” movies, making crafts, and being with friends. Thanks to our wonderful teachers, Ms. Jane and Ms. Tierney. And big thanks to the Company dancers who volunteered their time…Maddie, Sara Beth, Adelynn, and Caitlin. Well done, all!

Congratulations to Cherokee Ballet Theatre’s 2024-25 dancers! What a great two weeks of hard work and fun! Daily classes in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Pilates, Hip Hop, Anatomy, Choreography, and Dance Education kept us busy! So grateful to our wonderful staff and students for a successful and productive camp.
