2018 Pool Season GO!!!!

Country Ridge Estates Pool is now open!!!
Please keep the following in mind as you enjoy the pool this year.

Pool Hours - 8AM - 10PM

1) NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Swim at your own risk and abide by the posted rules.

2) NO FURNITURE IN POOL - If you see it happening please let us know or ask the offenders to stop. Damage to pool and furniture cost you money.

3) GATE ACCESS
- Please ensure gate is closed when you arrive and leave.
- If your card isn't working it most likely was deactivated when we performed the card audit in late 2017. Contact RealManage to get you card activated again.
- Don't let people into the pool area unless you know them. If they live in CRE they should have an access card...if they don't have it with them they should go get it.

4) CAMERAS - Pool area has active cameras and they are recording activity 24/7. Approximately 1 week of history is maintained to review when required.

5) GUESTS - Guests are allowed but please keep the number of guest small so everyone can enjoy the pool.

6) POOL RULES - Review posted rules and regulations at the front gate so you're aware of the fine details.

RealManage | HOA and Condominium Management

Dear CRE Owners,

The board of directors have spent the last couple months researching and interviewing new options for community management for CRE. Currently our community is managed by SpectrumAM but that relationship has slowly deteriorated to a level where they were not serving our community in a manner the board believed was appropriate.

Starting roughly September 1st, 2017 our community will now be managed by RealManage (www.realmanage.com). The transition phase of the process has begun and they are working with SpectrumAM to move all of the HOA operations into their system. RealManage will be sending out a welcome packet to each homeowner introducing their company and provide instruction on registering with their web portal.

RealMange has a more robust web portal that will provide homeowners a lot more detail related to your individual accounts, CRE governance, and CRE operations. The board will be working with RealManage to provide content that is useful and timely for the HOA. By October we hope to be fully within the RealManage system and using the portal more extensively than we have in the past.

While we expect a seamless transition to RealManage we know there are likely to be bumps in the road just due to change. We ask that you please remain patient and work with us as we move to RealManage. I'm sure you might have questions and we will do our best to provide answers but outside of this public forum. Murphy Police Department, Texas

Information Notice:

Murphy Police Department received information in reference to a black male and black female going door to door telling residents they were with Smith Thompson Security and asking to scan the resident’s home alarm system.

The individuals were both wearing a blue shirt with Honeywell on the front and khaki pants. Smith Thompson Security has been contacted and advised they do not have personnel out in the Murphy area. They also advised if employees were in the area, they would be wearing Smith Thompson uniforms.

There have been no crimes committed and no loss of property. If you did not have a scheduled appointment to have your alarm system checked, please contact the police department at 972-468-4236 to have an officer come out and verify who they are.

Hide-A-Cart Bin Storage

Questions have come up about the use of Hide-A-Cart Bin Storage solutions for trash cans.

The Board of Directors are on board with the use of these storage solutions but it will be treated the same as a fence.
Please submit an ACC Request if you choose to install this type of system. It must follow the same standards of a fence. If it is stained it must be maintained. If the wood fence onsite is already stained then staining of this solution should be the same color.

This tragedy strikes close to home for Wylie PD Officer Blevins who graduated with Miranda Caloway. Her husband, Bryan, was a Grayson County SO Deputy. Bryan, Miranda and Bryan's mother were all killed in the accident. They leave behind their 14 year old daughter Makayla who was in school at the time of the accident. The National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger food drive is Saturday, May 9. Residents are asked to leave non-perishable food donations in a bag by their mailbox and let their letter carrier do the rest. The donations go to local pantries to provide food to people in Wylie who need help.
