Are you new to our studio? A few tips for your first class:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to have a tour around the studio, set your things down and get settled.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Grip socks are optional.
- Drink water throughout the day before class.
- Consider our Modified Class with on Tues & Thurs @ 12:30 or Basics with .katie on Saturdays @ 10:30.
- Ask your instructor questions after class.

🔔 NEW NEW 🔔 We are beyond excited for our members to experience the magic that is Lena! ➡️Most call me Lena. I am Boston Native, with Caribbean ancestry. I come from a long line of women who always served the community in their own unique way. The seed of service had been planted in my DNA, long before I could walk and talk. It was a privilege and truly inspiring being raised in such an energy. I like to believe that I was lead into the path of health and wellness to serve. What I am is a certified wellness practitioner in the Arts of Reiki & Somatic alchemy, personal training, Yoni Steam Facilitation, & Yoga. I have a passion for holding sacred space for individuals who are going through different levels of transformation and to help them through somatic experiencing. I am constantly nurturing my heart to attune to a spirit of compassion and gratitude. I can only hope that it radiates through sharing the energy of love and the essence of seeing the magic in all things. I currently work in the realms of Energy Healing and ancient folk medicine and other modalities to help people restore equilibrium and connect to their own inner guru. Yoga has been medicine for my soul, mind and body. It has helped through some of the toughest transitions of my life. I’m excited to share this beautiful practice with you and my hope is that it can help support and nourish you too.

For skiers, a consistent Pilates practice can help them ski longer and with greater ease throughout the season. The practice of Pilates can help the strengthen the muscles used in skiing, such as a core, legs and glutes. By strengthening these muscles, skiers can improve their endurance, and reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, Pilates can help improve balance and flexibility, which are both important for skiing. By incorporating Pilates into their training regimen skiers can improve their overall fitness and performance on the slopes.

Today, stand still and remember. If you’re old enough, think about where you were the day the world seemingly stopped. I remember driving to my junior year of high school, listening to the radio, trying to understand what was happening. I was sitting in Geometry when the towers came down. I, and half the class, walked out of Spanish class because the teacher said, “she didn’t know anyone in New York so it didn’t effect her.” I didn’t understand then, why men would do this, I still don’t think I understand now. Almost 3000 Mothers, Fathers, sisters, brothers and children ripped away from this world too soon. Stand, breath, remember.
