3 rounds 22 front squats. use bar with 65/95lbs 22 kettle bell swings 15/25 lb kettle bell. 10 burpee over your kettle bell 10 hang power cleans 65/95. 10 push press. 65/95 10 pull ups 22 air squats. 22 box jumps (You can partner this up and split up the work) use good form and mechanics be safe and have fun.

The slide board is great for challenging your balance. You utilize your glutes quads and hamstrings. Glutes get challenged by stabilizing knee. Core gets challenged to stabilize your trunk during movements.

You have your leg stability up through your lumbar and pelvis working. And then overall arm leg and trunk muscle control for balance in this position. Nice job Collin

Tight calves are unfortunately the norm in todays world and have a major impact on how we move.
•
Make sure to spend some time stretching the gastrocnemius as well as the soleus by elevating the toes on a wedge for a minimum of 30 seconds on each leg.
•
Heel raises strengthen your tibialis which will aid in stabilizing your knee and ankle. It is typical to have week tibialis and tight calves.
•
Lengthen and strengthen your calves with calf raises.
•
We would also recommend foam rolling to ‘break up’ tight muscles.
