This is a front porch and back stoop I built in February. Had to wait for the lumber to dry and recently went back to paint and stain. Turned out very well.
Since it was a manufactured home, the porch could not be attached to the house (for insurance) so I built it one inch away.

Added a back porch/ outdoor living onto a house near Royse City.
The finished project turned out very nice.
I also changes the color of stain on their front porch.
