Saturday 6/15 CF Yelm will be CLOSED no workout at our location!

Carpool take off at 8:15am from CFY or just meet you there at CrossFit Lacey for a 9am teams of 3 workout!

This is our way of connecting with our fellow CF boxes in the south sound.

We will not be hosting block cleanup this Saturday stay tuned for a new date.

We hope that our athletes will join in the fun of visiting other CF affiliates and seeing what another gym feels like!
