This is an effective fitness system featuring a fusion of slow and fast rhythms to tone and sculpt your body. So let loose and get ready to sweat!

A little about me! I have been teaching Zumba since 2021! I found Zumba about 10 years ago and fell in love with it all!
Zumba has allowed me to be able to share my Hispanic roots and other cultures in a fun fitness way! It helped me to build strong friendships/community with people that share the same love of dance on a non judgmental environment. Being a military family of 18 years that’s important for me since we have moved a lot and with Zumba I can find it anywhere and feel the same good feeling! To just have a fun time and let go of my worries for that hour, to feel like a powerful Zumba queen! Life should be fun and Zumba fitness feels like a fiesta(party)and I want to share that with everyone!

Welcome our reiki goddess Deirdre! She is offering Reiki infused yoga and sound healing on MARCH 25th (also a full moon!!) Booking is available on the website http://theriotfitnesswa.co

Guests will receive reiki healing, a yoga flow designed to allow all of the abundance from their manifestations to come in, and sound healing to soothe their nervous systems and open their energy to receiving said abundance and healing.

Please bring your own yoga mats!

The riot is a fitness studio located at 201 e yelm ave suite A above the PHO restaurant.
Entrance to the studio is separate from pho, located to the left of PHO’s front doors. We are located on the 3rd floor.

Parking is street parking and can be limited so please arrive early to each class.

Classes are now posted for THROWDOWN, reiki infused yoga, burlesque and Zumba.
I am still looking into adding more classes in the next few weeks!! Drop in rates are $20 a class that can be purchased online or in person. Classes may sell out so purchasing online to reserve your spot is very recommended.

There is also packages and memberships available, more information is on the website. It is BEST to book using a computer or laptop for today because so many people are looking at the website today, it’s been acting up! It’s even better to book using the Vagaro app which is a SEPERATE link I’ll have below the website link.
