ANIMALS MMA YONKERS July 4th schedule.
We will have an open mat at 10am then we are closed for the day. All other classes are on as scheduled.
Please have a safe, smart holiday and stay hydrated. ENJOY

Animals we will have classes back on for Thursday at 6pm no morning or kids classes

Important post. We're very concerned about what's going on with this very strong flu this year. I know several people that were hospitalised for over 2 weeks because of it and we all see how dangerous it is for children and the immune compromised. PLEASE, if you are not feeling well, don't brush it off and DON'T come train. We have children and due to the nature of our sport (close contact) we cannot take any chances. If you're over the weather, go immediately to the Dr. We disinfect the academy and our equipment Daily , but there is only so much we can do.. Thank you for all of us at ANIMALS MMA..

To everyone that trains at Animals. Please understand that you CAN NOT PARK in spaces that have signs for other businesses or in places that are not actual spots!! We have parking in of it doesn't have another business sign on it you can park. These rules are 7 days a week. Your car will get a sticker on it and or you will get towed or booted. Please act like Martial artist. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Women's Cardio Kickboxing class starting tomorrow at 9 am then again at 4pm. One week free.

Women's Cardio Kickboxing Boot camps starting up soon. Ladies will be trained by professional athletes and even better, Professional Fighters. Heavy bags, Pad work , circuits and all levels of Cardio training In the private Gold room . Locker room and showers. Come enjoy our 10000sqft facility.

If you come to ANIMALS to train please park where you are supposed to. 8 spaces have signs on them for the businesses next door. Let's be good neighbors and please do not park in spaces designated for other buisnesses. We have plenty of parking on the lot and also across the street we have 10 more spaces. From now on you will get booted. And or towed . You've been warned. And if you're a coach please park in the street or across the street lot
