*Singing* It's just me mowing in the dark. Got the lights on so I don't see the stars. Lol I waited until we got out of the triple digits to get to the track. Glad I napped on the way home from Weatherford this afternoon. I mowed about 3/4 of the area surrounding the track. I'll finish it up tomorrow evening while we put the final touches in prep for the big Elite Series race Saturday! And racers remember we will have practice from 4ish 5ish to 11 pm friday evening. We've got racers coming in from all over. Texas, Kansas Missouri, Indiana, Iowa, Utah etc. Its going to be an epic event at TPR!

With possible weather in the evening, we are moving the RC Pro Series race schedule 2 hours earlier. Practice will open at noon and racing at 2.

2023 Classes and Rules.

NO AVC OR DRIVING AID DEVICES ON RC CARS

Novice / Kids

1/10 scale Buggys and Sc Trucks (Oval or Offroad)

1.Body:Open

2. Tires: Open

3. ESC: Open

4. Motor: Open

Remember Its a Beginner Class (The goal is to get better and more competitive not to tear up the cars and the track.

Street Stock (must have 4 or more)

1. Chassis: any production buggy , no oval chassis cars

NO ADJUSTABLE ARMS!!!! only aftermarket parts for 1/10 offroad buggys

2. Tires: Open

3. ESC: blinky mode

4. Motor: any two pole 13.5

5. Body: any Street Stock body. One inch spoiler from deck lid. Must have rear molded bumper.

7. Battery: Any 2s lipo

8.Street Stock 250 rules

Same as street stock rules with a mandatory battery swap in the A-main

TPR Salvas Mudboss Class 2022 (must have 4 or more)

Bodies
Salvas Mudboss or Salvas Clone, Salvas vacuumed formed center section is legal.
Any modification to the body must be approved before being allowed!

Chassis
1. Traxxas 2wd (slash or raptor) chassis only
2. Original MFG suspension parts only, no aftermarket (must have a traxxas part #)
3. Original MFG chassis parts only, no aftermarket hop-ups, no optional aluminum parts
4. Front and right side bumpers must be removed, left and rear bumpers can also be removed or kept
5. Traxxas front bumper part # TRA2735 can be used , must be angled down
6. No alterations to chassis, suspension or drivetrain allowed
7. Electronics must be installed inside chassis surface area
8. Battery brace can be trimmed to allow different Lipo wire configuration

Electronics
1. Original Traxxas 2075 servo (can have Traxxas 2075x and 2072x servo parts and gears as alternative parts)
2. SAVOX SC-0252MG digital servo is allowed (SAVOX SAVSGSC0251MG gear set can be used to replace TRAXXAS 2075 servo gearset
3. Traxxas White or black servo saver can be pinned or a solid one piece servo horn is allowed (any brand)
4. Motor fans are allowed
5. Battery must be 2-cell 7.4 lipo with a max 5200mah and 50c with external plug only
6. TRAXXAS 12t brushed motor and TRAXXAS XL5 esc only (OEM motor connectors only)

Adjustments
1. TRAXXAS 76/83/86/90 spurs with transmission Slipper parts in place
2. Any pinion gear size (no modifications to the transmission case to allow a bigger gear ratio)
3. Gear cover must be removeable if asked for visual check (gear cover not required for racing)
4. Only adjustments are ones specified by TRAXXAS MFG to components of car
5. Any TRAXXAS wheel spacer can be used (black or grey)
6. Transmission (motor cannot spin while turning one rear wheel slowly a full turn
7. TRAXXAS slash steel gears only
8. No adding weight to car allowed

Suspension
1. TRAXXAS 2wd plastic shocks only (grey or black) front shocks on front, rear shocks on rear
2. Original rear (TRAXXAS 5858) and front springs (TRAXXAS 5857)
3. Front springs may be shorten by no more than 5 rounds removed from one end
4. Shock travel can be limited with internal shims (fuel tubing or solid shims)
5. Original shock shafts in original cylinder (length and type in proper cylinder)
6. Original pistons from kit (no mods made to pistons)
7. No front bump stops, single original blue stops can be used on rear shocks
8. No shimming to reduce shock slop
9. All suspension parts must remain in stock locations (no swapping left to right on a-arms or shocks or any other suspension part)
10 . Rear camber links must remain in original stock height location
11. Aluminum shock caps permitted

Tires
1. TRAXXAS SLASH rubber tire/wheel/inserts (BFG/KUMHO/SPEC) any wheel combination of the same tire type (no S1 compound tires)
2. The surface of the tire must show tread pattern (no slicks)

Still fall under same rules must have stock slash parts , any traxxas slash part that is in the parts list that traxxas makes for the slash only is accepted!

This is a Stock Traxxas Slash Class (Drivers Class Not A Modified No Holds Bar Class) if you feel the need to modify your slash please enter it in a class like nastruck or novice

Midwest Mod (must have 4 or more)

1. Body: Must be IMCA, USMTS, or NCRA modified style body. NO EDM style bodies allowed.1/10 buggy based bodies only. No short course Bodies

2. Tires: Open

3. Motor: Open

4. ESC: Open

5. Any 2s lipo

10.5 Sportsman Sprint (must have 4 or more)

1. DODC sprint body rules 7x7 or 6x6 top wing

2. Motor: 10.5 2 pole

3. Esc: Blinky mode

4. Open tire

5. Battery: any 2s Lipo

This class will be teched every race night. Class is meant to be for intermediate racers and racers new to sprint cars. Entry will be based on skill level and at the Race Director and CORC Boards discretion.

OUTLAW Sprint (must have 4 or more)

1. DODC rules apply

2. Motor:open

3. ESC:open

4. Open tire.

5. Any 2s lipo

Short Course Modified(must have 4 or more)

1. Chassis:Any SC Chassis With battery centered and no offsetting of chassis must be even on both sides of chassis

Wheel base length 12.75”-13.5” Width 11”-11.75”

2.Motor:Open

3.Open:Open

4.Body:

a) Must look like USMTS, UMP, or IMCA dirt modifieds

b) Body must cover both rear wheels

d) Rear spoiler allowed, not to exceed 1.5" off of deck

5.Open tire (must be a sc wheel and tire)

6.Any 2s lipo

1/10 Scale Late Model (must have 4 or more)

1. DODC rules apply

2. Motor:open

3. ESC:open

4. Open tire.

5. Any 2s lipo

6. No sidedams

Wingless Sprint (must have 4 or more)

1.Any 1/10th Scale Outlaw Sprint Car Body on a 2wd 1/10 buggy based or oval built chassis with no top or front sprint car wing

2. Motor: 13.5 2 pole

3. ESC: Blinky

4. Open tire.

5. Any 2s lipo

6.Visors - A scale appearing visor may be used on any wingless sprint car. The visor must be flat and follow the contour of the front downtubes. No wider than the width of the downtubes where it is attached and no longer than 1".

Nastruck (065 rules)(must have 4 or more)

1. Chassis:Any SC Chassis With battery centered and no offsetting of chassis must be even on both sides of chassis

Wheel base length 12.75”-13.5” Width 11”-11.75”

2.Motor:Open

3.ESC:Open

4.Body:Pro-line Silverado pro touring body SKU: 3457-00 Or Delta Plastik NT002- Thunder Truck #2 (for 1/8 and slash rc car body)

5.Open tire (must be a sc wheel and tire)

6.Any 2s lipo

7.Spoiler:1.5 inch max Off top of the bed of the truck body 8. No adjustable arms!

9.No removing tailgate

Street Stock, Wingless Sprint, 10.5 Sportsman Sprint, and Mudboss will be teched every race night. It is the racers responsibility to be within the rules.

Any 4 or more cars that dont fit the current rules but conform to 2s Battery and 1/10 Scale would be put in own class for race night

Race director has final say on rules during race night. This is a club rules can be changed or modified by club vote by club members. If rule changes it will be post as soon as possible.

We use the newest mylaps decoder 2 and 3 wires amb mylaps transponders work. Others such as mrt may not.

We're racing y'all! Point series race #3! We do ask that racers pit south of the track. Early friday rains were a bit much and there was standing water last night north of the track lights on East and West sides. Sun heat and wind will help. Huge shout out to Erick and Cooper Robinson who picked up some pavers and got them laid down over Lake TK in front of the stairs to the drivers stand. Bring water, sunscreen and bug spray. It's gonna be hot. Damn mosquitoes almost carried Coop away last night. Practice at 3, sign ups close at 5:30, racing starts at 6. See you at the PARK!
