The Office Administrator serves at the direction of the Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Two-year Community College Business Degree with bookkeeping or accounting
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Quick Books
Hours:
October through April – Eight-Hour work days, Monday through Friday
May and September – Six-Hour work days, Monday through Friday
Jun, July and August - Four-Hour work days, Monday through Friday
Beginning salary is negotiable per hour. After three months a performance appraisal is given and that will determine the pay increase.
Salary is annualized to provide consistent pay checks throughout the year
10 days paid vacation and 5 paid sick days are provided annually, pro-rated for in-year hire date.
The Office Administrator is responsible for day to day office duties, managing and distributing park mail, collections and receipts. A minimum of two years experience in Bank Reconciliation, bill payments and payroll is required.
The Office Administrator works closely with the park accountant.
The Office Administrator is responsible for various monthly reports.
Flexible and adaptable to frequent interruptions.
Will require a Criminal Background Check
Requires 3 references
Being a Notary Public would be an asset
Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset

We have Units for Rent and For Sale in our Beautiful Park, Green Lawns, no gravel or dirt sites, Palm lined streets, newly paved roads. Clubhouse with: Kitchen, Laundry Room, Large Pool, 2 Hot tubs, Pool Tables. Basic TV, Wi-Fi, Garbage & Water included. Very low Shareholders Assessments for buyers and Reasonable Rents for renters. Go to the For Sale tab to look at some of our units and photos of our Park. Many of the units for sale are for rent also. There are units for rent for the season, 3 months and even one month. The Season is sadly coming to an end. We certainly have enjoyed lots of fun events. The following are pictures of some of events held this year. If anyone has more fun pictures of any of the events and fun time put them on. Show off what a great Park this is.

Elvis was in the building a few days ago. All the ladies had a great time. Many of us got scarves & kisses.

The 1st Happy Hour Video Concert was a great success. The Park attendance was awesome. There were over 100 attending and most stayed for the entire concert. Everyone brought snacks and appetizers which filled up 2 tables.

The Ladies Luncheon was a huge succes. Our thanks to Karla Broader and John Macpherson and your teams for making it happen and putting on a beautiful and delicious lunch.

The Ladies Luncheon was a huge success. The men prepared and served us a wonderful meal. Thanks to Glenna and her crew and a very enlightening program.

Today’s Pickle Ball Group. Today’s Group was smaller than usual due to the Board Meeting and people out of the park. They have been averaging 20 people and setting up 4 nets at Carver Park. There are all levels of play and a great time is had by all.
