Many people hate on the 6.5 creedmoor and say it shouldn’t be used to kill elk. Yet we have killed 6 elk over 300 yards and they all expire within 50 yards or less. Ronda shot this bull at 500 yards with a 6.5 Creedmoor. After a couple shots the bull bedded down and expired in less than 10 minutes. We were using ELD-X 143-grain bullet. For us, 500 yards is the maximum distance we will ever shoot at an elk with this bullet. However, we might extend the range out to 600 yards with a copper bullet. At the end of the day, our 6.5 Creedmoor has killed 6 elk in Arizona. All those kills averaged around 300 yards, and not one elk has gone over 50 yards and expired. In 2020, I shot my bull elk at 300 yards, one shot was a double lung; the second and final shot proceeded shortly after with a steep quartering toward-shot. It went straight through his heart and he took one step and fell over. The 6.5 Creedmoor is an excellent round for taking down elk year after year. This elk was Ronda’s biggest elk during the late-season rifle hunt in Arizona. This elk didn’t have the biggest antlers, but it did have a larger body than we normally see in this unit.

Patreon reveals multiple GPS fishing locations found in Yuma, County. Between 3 of us, we caught 20 fish in 8 hours of fishing. That is a fish every 24 minutes being caught. For some reason, the fishing was slow to begin with. We had maybe 4 fish in the first two hours, so it was super slow and difficult. We threw whopper ploppers, frogs, and worms. Mini Silverback release works miracles! My first 4 years of archery I shot my bow with severe target panic and had no idea. Arrows that missed just assumed it was normal.
