So I Found This Beautiful Garden Estate in New Iberia Parish. It was the home of Rip Van Winkle.
It sits on the water, has a Bird Sanctuary, Full Service Cafe, Boat Dock, Zen Garden, Store and Event Center. It was so peaceful and Beautiful out there and The Peacocks are Amazing!
