This week, one of L.O.V.E's former staff members and some of her friends came to visit and gave 20 gift baskets to the children whose profiles are currently on our website waiting for a kind sponsor.

Each gift basket includes textbooks, sweets and some school materials. Although this is a one-time donation, it has brought great joy to the children and their families 💖

Trong thời gian qua, người dân Đà Nẵng đã hứng chịu nhiều tổn thất do bão lụt nghiêm trọng. 𝐋.𝐎.𝐕.𝐄 hy vọng có thể giúp ích một phần nào đó cho những con người nghèo khó trên địa bàn thành phố thông qua những món quà thực phẩm.

🎀 Mỗi phần trị giá 600.000 đồng, bao gồm một chiếc chăn ấm, một bao gạo, một thùng mỳ gói và những nhu yếu phẩm khác. Tổng chi phí cho 100 phần hỗ trợ thực phẩm là 60.000.000 đồng.

Bắt đầu từ tháng 12 - khởi đầu của mùa yêu thương, chúng tôi sẽ trao tặng lần lượt những phần hỗ trợ thực phẩm đã được quyên góp đến các gia đình khó khăn. Ước tính sẽ có 12 khu vực trong thành phố được tiếp cận.

In recent months, the people of Da Nang have suffered many losses due to severe storms and floods. 𝐋.𝐎.𝐕.𝐄 hopes to help some the poor and needy in the city through food baskets.

🎀 Each basket is worth $25, including a blanket, a bag of rice and other necessary food. The total cost for 100 food baskets is $2500 VND.

Starting from December - month of love, we will hand out the food gifts in turn that have been raised to needy families. It is estimated that there will be 12 areas in the city where people need these gifts during the winter.

Tuitions are more and more increasing, which makes poor vocational school and college students face many difficulties and some of them have to drop out of school halfway and miss their dreams.

Yet, I am thankful that LOVE could give out tuition support to 23 students studying at vocational schools in September and continue to do it for 46 college students in October. When tuition support is given, it is also time to give wings to their dreams. They have an 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 to keep being at school/ college and 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞 to finish their education and make their 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 come true.

Means of transport to school are also very necessary for disadvantaged students, besides books and school supplies at the beginning of the new school year.

With the help of our dear sister G4kids and dear sponsors, we gave 12 bicycles to students in the sponsorship program in different areas in Danang.

These are meaningful gifts for poor students. This encourages them to have more motivation to struggle to develop in their studies and helps them have the means to go to school.

🌸 Bright smiles like flowers bloom at the beginning of the new school year 🌸

On the occasion of the opening of the new school year 2022-2023, at the end of August, L.O.V.E visited a primary school site in D**g Giang and Tay Giang (two poor mountainous district in Quang Nam), and presented about 1⃣5⃣0⃣ study gift packets under the 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 project to the needy students here.

This is a very interesting journey. After a few introductions from school leaders and L.O.V.E team, we organized some fun games for the students and then together gave them study gift packets. One packet includes a pair of shoes, notebook, school bag and other essential school supplies. The faces of the students, parents and teachers are all beaming with joy. "𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓" also begins here because the children's smiles are like blooming flowers.

This journey is still going on and we desperately need your help so that many of these poor children across Vietnam will have the opportunity to go to school, pursue their dreams and live a beautiful life.

The Covid situation in Vietnam has been controlled and changed for the better. Social activities are back to normal as before, with no longer strict restrictions. As a result, on July 15, 𝐋.𝐎.𝐕.𝐄. was delighted to organize a day of distribution of books and uniforms for all sponsored children and their siblings, after more than 2 years it was not possible.

Street Children Program of Da Nang (𝐒𝐂𝐏) – our partner – lent us the sports ground of one of the loving homes they manage. Here, more than 200 children came to receive books, uniforms and school supplies. Other children who could not come will receive their school materials at the office or at their house. The faces of the children, their siblings and their parents were all happy. Thank you, our dear sister 𝐆𝟒𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬 and all dear sponsors, for giving them meaningful gifts at the beginning of the new school year.
