I have nothing but 5 star plus ratings for our tour guide Rose Nguyen! She was such a sweet and caring person who takes a lot of pride in her work and has a passion for doing whatever she can to make your trip special! She was extremely knowledgeable about her city/country and she had great recommendations for restaurants (we prefer non tourist ones) and must try foods while there, things to do besides what we did on the tour, catered the entire time to us and what we wanted to do or see, extremely easy to talk to (still keep in touch with her, even 6 months later), and just always went above and beyond. My husband and I have traveled a lot around the world and she is by far one of the best guides we’ve ever had! You won’t be disappointed or let down if you request her as your guide to do the Private Trang An ecotourism tour! Great resource also, if she doesn’t know the answer to your question or request, she will find out for you. We needed another guide in another area of the country and she found us another very good private guide.

Review of: Private cooking class and food tour with chef
Rose is a delightful and engaging young chef with excellent English and a gift for teaching.. We so enjoyed our time with her. Our cooking class in her modern and spotlessly clean kitchen was so much fun. We chose three Vietnamese dishes that we wanted to learn to cook and learn we did! Tofu and tomatoes is our favorite of the three and we now make it weekly at our home in Oregon.

The local market tour was a wonderful mix of people, food, color and hospitality. The fresh tofu was the best that I have had in forty years of cooking with tofu. Melt in your mouth yummy!

Phil found silkworms at the Market. Rose gamely purchased some and added them to our three dish feast.

Rose was recommended to us by a long-time friend who Lhasa lived in Vietnam for five years. We booked other tours with her during this trip and were happy with each encounter. Thank you, Rose, from Anne and Phil in Oregon, US."

Street food is the heart and soul to many of the Southeast Asian countries and Vietnam is certainly one of it. Lining the streets you can find local markets, rustic food joints and rickety food carts with plastic tables and stools.
One of my favourite is Pho (Vietnamese noodles soup with beef or chicken)
Pronounced as 'fuh', pho is renowned as Vietnam's most popular dish and is often enjoyed for breakfast and lunch.

Best Tour Guide one could hope for!

"Rose was everything we could have hoped for in a guide: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and punctual. We travelled in a group of 6 friends from California and only had a total of 4 days in Hanoi and Halong Bay combined. We had Rose for about 2.5 days, and she made every minute count. She guided us through the historic sites and museums of Hanoi and provided us interesting commentary in perfect English. She also arranged transportation and activities for us in Halong bay. Where I think she did her best work though, was in the food tour that she took us through in both Hanoi and Halong bay. Not only were the restaurants phenomenal, but she provided us with history of the food and other fun facts about the restaurant itself and chef. We were exposed to both street food and "fine dining" alike. There is no way we would have gotten to experience even half of Hanoi's amazing cuisine were it not for Rose.

We all agreed that our trip would have been far less fulfilling were it not for Rose's help. I highly recommend Rose to anyone looking to have a truly immersive experience of Hanoi (and other parts of Vietnam)."

PERFUME PAGODA
Heartily welcome 2 customers from USA to visit a fabulous day trip to Perfume pagoda through Yen stream.

The Perfume Pagoda, known locally as Chua Huong or ‘inner temple’, is at the centre of a very revered and sacred site featuring a maze of mainly Buddhist temples built into the limestone cliffs of Huong Tich. At the heart of this complex lies the Perfume Temple or Perfume Pagoda in the Huong Tich Cave.

The mountain foothills are an area of great natural and spiritual beauty filled with streams, tropical plants and temples.

The Perfume Pagoda attracts pilgrims and tourists seeking good luck from the stalagmites and stalactites inside the cave which have been named according to the individual blessing they can bestow. .

Being an interpreter always requires me to work hard and seriously study the new knowledge.
