By emphasizing clean lines, balanced proportions, and thoughtful detailing, the building can evoke a sense of visual harmony and aesthetic appeal. Aesthetic order in Baci Towers design, aims to create a pleasing and cohesive architectural experience for occupants and observers alike.

This project is located on the top floor of a high-rise building we recently designed for DAAKONN Investments. The apartment includes a variety of high-end materials such marble flooring, wooden wall cladding and fine upholstery. Dark tones of design color palette evoke boldness in every space inside the apartment. The relationship between the living room and terrace is embodied using full panoramic sliding windows in order to perceive space as one.

Various mass studies of Bacas Twin Towers project using Ladybug for Grasshopper, a very helpful tool that allows to visualize weather and environmental data such as Radiation, Sunlight Hours, Views and Wind Profile.

These analytics are necessary to avoid conceptual defects of mass development on the early phases of every project.

The architectural shape of the towers is dynamic and very expressive, thus they present themselves as two uniform obelisks featuring a repetitive balcony bright façade fence that puts to light buildings decency and the spectacular yet so simple elements.

We are excited to announce Bacas Twin Towers

A mixed-use complex that quietly rises above ground and reflects order and purity. Its clean, yet distinctive exterior design shelters a number of various spaces on the inside, thus creating flow and balance between residential, office and common spaces.

The striking proportions of the towers allow them to integrate with the context and shape a new city silhouette.

Shape, mass and proportion study characterize our design process as they allow us to consider many design solutions throughout the initial phases of every project.

Projects must be alive for human beings and respect the environment, because luxury and sustainability can go hand in hand. DB.A Residence is a luxury villa in the celebrated spiritual vicinity of Slivovë. The villa is beautifully designed to bring you in proximity to the natural beauty of the forest.

Rust usually denotes decrepitude of a sort. It’s the slow erosion and eventual disintegration of iron and steel, mechanization, and industrial prosperity. It’s the nasty, depressing byproduct of vanquished hopes, dreams, and growth. Still, despite its metaphoric drawbacks, rust-weathered Corten steel is being embraced by architects all over the world.

We are using it in Slivovë for our much-beloved “DB.A Residence” contemporary villa in Kosovo where the rusty facade is paired rather nicely with a vibrant green forest. In any case, rusted materials are indeed difficult to work with, but that isn’t stopping us from making great use of them.

The aim to create a lasting contribution to the economic, social, and environmental prosperity of the urban community, is the foundation of our work.

   

This residential complex emphasis a closed shape concept of living that provides common spaces, pool and vegetation to the guests on the internal perimeter, while on the other side allow views on the beautiful landscape of the environment. High-end amenities, luxurious furniture make this place exceptional and very pleasant to stay.
