The design employs a minimalistic and elegant approach, featuring a neutral palette of creams and grays that evoke a tranquil and upscale atmosphere. Key design elements include:

1. **Reception and Waiting Area**: The reception features a sleek, curved desk with a backlit “Gresa Lashes” sign, accentuated by circular overhead lighting. Nearby, a cozy waiting area includes plush, rounded sofas and circular coffee tables, set under a large, ring-shaped light fixture. The walls are adorned with geometrically shaped panels and a high, curved shelf displays neatly arranged beauty products.

2. **Product Display and Lounge**: A neat display of beauty products lines a lit shelf, presenting an array of bottles and containers in a uniform and stylish manner. This is complemented by comfortable seating arrangements, including soft chairs and textured throws, providing a relaxed setting for clients.

3. **Treatment Areas**: The salon features semi-private treatment areas partitioned with flowing, sheer curtains that offer both privacy and a sense of openness. Each booth is equipped with modern, minimalist chairs and workstations, ensuring functionality alongside.

Overall, the design of Gresa Lashes is focused on creating a serene and luxurious experience for its clients, emphasizing comfort and style through its modern architectural choices and thoughtful interior layout.

Nestled within the industrial heart of the city, the DI CASA furniture company’s latest expansion is not merely an architectural project but a bold reimagining of its manufacturing identity. Tasked with the challenge of integrating a pre-existing prefabricated structure of steel and concrete, our architectural vision sought to harmonize the raw, industrial essence of the site with modern design principles.

Design Philosophy and Ex*****on

The intervention was guided by a philosophy of contrast and sustainability. Recognizing the stark, utilitarian beauty of the pre-fabricated skeleton, we introduced black panels to serve multiple roles. These panels not only provide a striking visual contrast against the gray hues of steel and concrete but also contribute to the building’s thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption and promoting a sustainable operational model for the factory.
