She’s always keen on exploring something new, or spending quality time with her friends and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. Elzahn's love for animals means she loves being surrounded by them in some or other way🐾. Her eclectic music taste keeps our work playlist diverse and fun 🎶. She's our go-to for encouragement and positivity!

Born and bred in the quaint town of Calvinia (you might not have heard of it!). He's got a wonderful wife, Marte, two energetic boys, and a darling girl. Catch them enjoying a rugby game or two in the "parkie" in Woodlands! 🏉
Arnold's not just a family guy, he's also a powerhouse at work and a research guru. After much hard work, he FINALLY earned his PhD! 🎓✨ If you want to make his day, treat him to a Seattle coffee or a delicious "braaivleisie."

Paul vd Westhuizen – Main sport: Mountain bike

“There are no limits if you set your mind right “, these are the words of Paul, one of our patients whom have been rehabilitating (and now conditioning) with us for the past 11 years.

A short background of Paul’s history.

Paul was diagnosed with lumbo-spinal disc pathology in 2011. They gave him the option of conservative or operative treatment and so he started his rehabilitation journey with us. His rehabilitation period continued for 2 years whereafter we cleared him and started a conditioning programme for his mountain biking. Ever since Paul has taken part in various events ranging from Maluti double 90, Trans Elands MTB Marathon (SA’s toughest 100 miler), Trans Baviaans and many more.

Today we want to congratulate Paul on his hard work and dedication, for sticking with us and believing in the work that we do.

Today we celebrate all the BEAUTIFUL moms in our lives 🌺🌺🌺

Thank you for all your love and support and caring hearts! We will love and cherish you forever!!!
