๐ŸŽ‰ Competing in shows for the year has been such an incredible journey! Looking back at my stage photos, I realize how much I have accomplished and how far I have come with my body goals. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind and forget to appreciate the progress we make. But seeing the changes in my physique over the past year has been truly inspiring. It's a lifestyle that encompasses both on and off seasons. And let me tell you, the off-season is just as important as the on-season! ๐ŸŒฑCurrently, I find myself 5 kg heavier than my competition weight, and it's been quite a journey to accept and appreciate this phase. But here's the thing: I'm applying the principles of eating 80 percent pure, clean, healthy carbs and protein, and that's what matters! ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ—The off-season is a time for growth, both physically and mentally.
