Update: Hey, everyone. I wanted to fill you in on what's been happening in my world! 🌟 I'm currently completing a PG Diploma in Interdisciplinary Pain Management at UCT 📚. Excitingly, I've also taken on the role of the 2023 UCT Pain Rehab Fellow at the Pain Management Unit in Groote Schuur's Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine.

Balancing this with my new practice has been challenging, but the rewards have been beyond incredible. The learning never stops, and I'm eager to soak up all the knowledge I can 🙌🌈.
My goal? To positively impact the lives of those dealing with pain through holistic pain management. Here's to the journey ahead! 🌻🌼🌺

We should all aim to support and empower our youth to become productive and healthy adults. Encouraging engagement in social, meaningful, and community-enhancing activities will promote responsibility and confidence, as well as gain vital life skills.

We have the updated results for the DSA Challenge for KZN, WC and EC. Results from the Mpumalanga leg that took place this past weekend will follow soon.

The next leg will take place at Kyalami Park Club from 16 to 18 June 2023 - entries close on 7 June 2023.

The final leg will take place at Kimberley Equestrian Centre from 22 to 23 July 2023 - entries for this leg close on 30 June 2023.

Women have unique needs, and as a physio I am qualified to assist women of all ages to live healthy, pain-free lives.

To ensure healthy ageing specific actions need to be taken. Such as, identifying risk factors to prevent falls and fractures.

Pelvic floor dysfunction and incontinence can also be treated with physiotherapy.

Physio can be beneficial before, during and after pregnancy, in a multitude of pregnancy-related issues.
