Hake (Merluccius capensis) is a ray-finned fish found along the coast of South Africa. This lean treat is packed with protein and very little fats.

From boat to your plate - We always use fresh fish and cut it ourselves, so no preservatives are used. Come on in and give our hake a try, raw or fried.🙂

Snoek (Thyrsites atun), is a long, thin species of snake mackerel found in the seas of the Southern Hemisphere. It is also among others high in the "good" fatty acids and is high in protein making it a "power food".

It is really delicious and well priced against other fish in its class. Come on in and gives ours a try.😉
