Trying out dairy free coconut condensmilk as well as dairy free coconut whipping cream in the form of a Pina Colada cake.

I love this! It is not because we are fussy eaters OR being difficult! It does not matter if there is only ‘a small amount of Gluten’ because even a small amount will make us ill. And YES, even if it only touched ‘gluten food’ we will suffer a reaction 😢 This is not by choice! Because if I could choose I would happily eat everything you offer. I would love a real croissant or chocolate chip brioche , but I say NO because it really makes me ill for weeks , even the smallest amount .

We are taking a well deserved break 2 January to 16 January. Back to business on 17 January .
