Indian head massage is a wonderful modality to relax and soothe the body, mind and nervous system while working on specific points to release tight tense muscles on the upper body, shoulders, neck, head and face. During this half-day in-person course you`ll learn the Indian Head massage routine and specific Marma and Acupressure points to relax, calm and release tight tense muscles. This is a seated massage routine, done in a normal chair. Partner massage course. Massage is a wonderful skill to have. In this course, you will learn the skill to massage your partner (can also be a family member or friend) to relax and soothe the nervous system, ease aches and pains. Massage is a great way to build intimacy and trust in a relationship as well as build a stronger bond and strengthen the bond between you. You`ll learn the different massage techniques as well as a back, neck, shoulder massage routine, an amazing Indian head massage, the best soothing foot massage as well as techniques to release tight tense muscles in the neck and shoulders. You`ll also learn how to do a seated chair massage of the neck, shoulders, upper back and head.
