48 African leaders and the AU assure South Korea of a steady supply of minerals for energy transition. It is critical to note that this minerals are largely found in IPLCs territories and IPLCs were not part of negotiations or assurane. While the ideal would have been for the leaders to invest in developing the technologies necessary to utilize the resources rather than assurw supply and negotiate technology transfer on mutually agreed terms that will largely favour South Korea, IPLCs insits that they should be part of any other negltiations including at the high level.
Africa agrees to provide stable supply of minerals to South Korea The assurance was provided in a joint declaration between leaders of South Korea and counterparts or representatives from 48 countries attending the Korea-Africa Summit.

It is with great sadness that Natural Justice announces the passing of Johnathan van der Westhuizen yesterday morning. He joined us in 2021 as a Community Environmental Legal Officer (CELO) on the West Coast of South Africa.
His passing is a great loss to Natural Justice and the Guriqua community. We will remember him as a staunch and principled defender of the Indigenous people of the West Coast, for which he had such a profound love. He was a humble but fearless leader of his people, and a respected and beloved colleague. We will miss him greatly, and we send our heartfelt condolences to his wife Melissa and their children. May he rest in eternal grace and power. Hambe Kakuhle, Johnathan, Totsiens.
Excited to share this upcoming production, written by Ricardo Arendse, produced by Lee-ann van Rooi, with music by Leslie Javan and catering by Shihaam Domingo and with the overall support of Natural Justice đđđđŁđ¤
