Our Story
Urbanest Architects, is a dynamic architectural studio situated in the vibey suburb of Observatory, Cape Town. We focus on excellent design whether bespoke housing, commercial work and urban regeneration, the hospitality industry as well as public institutions.
At the helm is, Minette Bell; a professional architect and passionate designer with more than thirty years’ experience in the field. A dynamic team of professional architects and designers compliment the studio and share an equally dedicated approach to their craft. Urbanest aims to provide a service of excellence in generating honest, timeless and contextual architecture.
We strive to create ‘spaces’ and ‘places’ that are people centred and our design philosophy is inspired by colleague and teacher, Glen Gallagher.
We aim to realize our client’s dreams in ways they never thought possible.
