It's Day 9 of Stellenbosch Kersmark... the 2nd last day of the market and the FIRST OF DECEMBER!!! Today we are showing off these Abalone rings, or Co**ha de Abulón as our Mexican artisans call it. As abalone shell is a natural product, no two pieces will look alike, which amplifies its uniqueness and these rings are adjustable to fit most fingers, so simply choose the shell you like best!

On day 8 of Stellenbosch Kersmark, we are showing off these versatile and fun Circle & Pendulum Earrings. These beauties can be worn several ways... either with just the circle on its own, with the pendulum in front of your earlobe, or place the pendulum behind the earlobe. It's a three-in-one! On day 7 of Stellenbosch Kersmark, we are spreading the love with our Perfumador de Corazon (Heart Perfumer). This beautiful pendant offers more than meets the eye - it is, as the name suggests, a little vessel that can store perfume or any other treasure that you'd lke to pour into it - it's often used to store ashes of a loved one too. It's Day 8 of Skeppend Kersmark, the start of the weekend, so to get you in the spirit we're once again featuring our incredibly versatile, colourfast and easy-to-care-for Saltillo blankets. These are hand-woven in the age old Mexican tradition on humble wooden looms. The process involves one set of warp threads being stretched out parallel on the loom, with the coloured thread then going over and under the warp threads, back and forth, again and again, to create the beautiful woven fabric. Machine washable and quick drying, these should be a staple for your weekend or summer holiday for picnics, the beach or just wrapping yourself in when it turns slightly chilly around the braai in the evening!
