Our Ethiopian coffee has vibrant notes of citrus and has been roasted medium to bring out more sweetness in the cup.

THE STORY
Most producers in Ethiopia are smallholders, and the majority continue to cultivate coffee using traditional methods.
As a result, most coffee is grown with no chemical fertilizer or pesticide use. Coffee is almost entirely cultivated,
harvested and dried using manual systems.

Coffee Grade: Fully washed and sundried on raised beds Grade 2, 80+ SCA
Processing: Double Hand Sorted
Altitude: 1500 – 1800 m.a.s.l

ORIGIN CUP PROFILE:
Citrus-lemony, bold and some berries.

ESPRESSO CUP PROFILE:
Milk based beverages will have notes of lemon creams.
Perfect for cortado or espresso.

FILTER CUP PROFILE:
Bright acidity, citrus with balanced sweetness.

Nuts, chocolate and a low acidic profile make Brazil Santos one of our easiest drinking coffees.

Probably one of grind size settings most people get wrong.
It is not as fine a espresso and definitely not as coarse as filter.

Our second new release this month!
Our Nicaragua from the Rajuanse Estate is really hitting the sweet spot😋

We really feel this is an espresso centric coffee. This well developed medium roast does well in milk based espresso drinks. Due to it being slightly darker than medium, you will definitely pick up on some roast flavour "Good roast flavour"😁

You can expect zesty lemony citrus vibes in the cup with just the right amount of berry sweetness to balance the cup.

The market has seen a sharp increase in the price of coffee over the past month.

This is in part due to factors influencing Vietnam and the price of Robusta.
