Job Summary:
As an Experienced Waiter at Sabria’s Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of restaurant operations to deliver top-notch service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Es**rt guests to their tables and present menus.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and baristas.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that guests' requests and dietary preferences are accommodated.
- Monitor tables for cleanliness and assist in clearing dishes and resetting tables.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties as required.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Resides in the Southern Suburbs.
