It's part of our human nature to always try and find the "right" answer, choice, or decision.

We spend hours, days, and way too much energy on trying to rationalise the perfect solution.

Sacrificing our inner peace, joy in the moment, and boxing ourselves into an answer that's generally defined by our known parameters of safety.

We close ourselves off to any possibility of magic, growth potential, and Divine support or just the delight in being human.

When I'm able to catch myself in the loud humdrum of my limiting thoughts and ways of being, I call myself out as gently as I can and take myself to a place of stillness within.

Sitting, quietly, deeply within me, listening to my breath, hearing and sensing my frequency and energy, or anything that I can hear within my body, takes me out of my overthinking headspace and into my beautiful body and heart.

From this place, I feel into the peace, love, and abundance that I already am, and the answers to my next step generally arise. ✨️

When I allow myself to be in my presence, with ease, I don't need to have the right answer, I just align with what the next step is and trust my way through the process with more joy and excitement for life 💕

A day to start bringing in more harmony and alignment between our soul, body and mind.

As we witness the parts of us that are mostly coming from fear or ego-mind, let's bring more love to those parts and intend for an alchemical transformation to run.

This portal lays the foundational work for the lionsgate 8/8 portal in Aug. 🦁 So it's a fantastic opportunity to practice the courage of being Divinely vulnerable enough to meet who we truly are.

Today's client 😻 My beautiful furbaby, sometimes I refer to her as my walking crystal because she's always transmuting energy.

Today she felt like she needed a tune-up because the energies have been intense, since Pluto entered aquarius.

So she hopped on the healing bed and waited for me to place crystals on her. 😻

Starling my cat, often joins the sessions with my client, supporting me in clearing the lower energies and just BEING purrrrrrfect.

But this is also her second home because she chooses to chill there when she needs some alignment and peace.

So grateful to my furbaby for all that she is, and to all furbabies, as they're definitely some of greatest healers and teachers. 🥰

Officially practicing energy healing full time now, and as I do my first post, I am reminded that a bloom always starts with a single seed. So here's to me planting a seed of love into my new business, so that it expands and blooms into a greater love and healing for the One :)

Whenever I see flowers, it captures the focus of my heart, bringing a smile to my day, no matter what else is happening. Always grateful for these little magical moments.
