Running a business is really hard.
What they don’t tell you is that it can cause severe anxiety and drains you mentally to the point of depression in even the most laid back people.

People will talk about you, compare you to others, use you, they will view you as a service and not a person anymore. You have to worry about if you forget to email/message someone back, are they going to think it was on purpose? Did you disappoint them? Will they hold that against you? When in reality you just can’t get to everyone’s messages and emails.

Starting up and running a successful business puts incredible strain on personal lives and relationships, many of which fail because there just is no work life balance when starting a new business. You need to be the director, the worker, the admin, the marketing team, the accountant, the cleaner. All whilst being a husband or a wife, family support, friend.
There’s a reason you don’t see many people succeed in small businesses after 5-10 years. It takes its toll. It’s freaking exhausting. Especially this past year. Here’s a small reminder that we are just normal people with hectic lives. Be kind, be patient.

D'S Delicious Dishes are now making "We Pack ~You Cook" meals to suit your needs.

These are made with delicious fresh vegetables and meat.

They are vacuum packed and should last up to 7 ~ 10 days refrigerated. Meat and vegetables are all individually packed and then vacuum sealed. Vegetables will be cleaned and chopped {picture attached to show preparation}

We have decided to do the following price lists "BUILD your own dinner" as one knows there affordability and which meat and vegetables one would eat.

Good morning all, D's Delicious Dishes would like to get feedback from you regarding 'We pack, You cook' meals.

As we all know the cost of living is high and is getting worse.

The cost of food and groceries never seems to stay at one price.

So with careful thought and planning these meal packages you will be saving and there will be no room for wasted food or vegetables.

You will be purchasing the correct quantity, you won't need to buy spices or seasoning as everything is in one pack 😁

I will be working hand in hand with 3 reputable Butchers and of course Housewives Market.

These meal packs will be completed with the correct dinner meal portions from meat to vegetables e.g should you wish to have a stew pack you are given the option of preferred meat and from the preferred butcher.

The vegetables will be standard and fresh pertaining to a stew mix.

Spices, seasoning, stock, rice etc will be measured out for that pack.

Meal packs will be available for the following

1 x Pensioners {who eat very little}
1 x Medium
2 x medium
Family of 3 and 4
Single parent and child
*general serving per person uncooked meat is 100g but varies depending on the meal and size you order, vegetables will be a mixture of non carb, non starch, or low carb depending on the packs*

These will be vacuum sealed so will last 7 to 10 days and can be frozen.

They will be clearly labeled with the following

date packed
Meat and meal {lamb stew}
List of ingredients {cauliflower, etc}

The vegetables for the meal packs will be standard pricing pertaining to each meal, you determine the cost of the entire package when you select your meat and from which butcher you choose.

We are currently working on a standard price list with 3 options that will be available.

Fruit packs will also be available
