We have many new patrons that have joined our insta family so we thought we'd do a quick intro.

Did you know that 'Foodwagen', pronounced 'food.waa.gn', is inspired very popular car brand?

My name is Ahmed Dhooma and I am the owner of Foodwagen.

When the COVID19 lockdown meant working from home, I was able to explore my other passion - food.
More specifically, authentic fast food.

I fashioned myself a burger like none other, and it became a firm Friday favourite.
Word spread and extended family and friends wanted to try it.
It was too good not to share with the world- so Foodwagen was born.

We started with the MK1, a classic, solid and iconic burger, just like the car, and built on that.

We also plan on adding a chicken option soon (especially for all our beef averse customers), in addition to a few other exciting burger options.

We currently only operate at markets, on weekends, so watch our page for the latest pop ups.
