Fixtures are as follows:

These are some of the things we’ve done in the past 7 years (as a food-outlet), to help, reduce, or at the very least not negatively effect the environment.

1. Refrained from selling anything plastic.
2. Grow as many of our greens as we can.
3. Keep most of our suppliers within a small radius (3km) from our store/kitchen.
