He has more than 22 years engineering consulting experience in the Built & Engineering environments and this extents to both the private and public sectors. He has a passion for Healthcare projects as electrical and electronics consulting engineer.

He was a Shareholder, Executive Director and Branch Manager for the BFBA Consulting Engineers KZN South Coast Branch and was the founding member of Lesedi Consulting Engineers. He has been an entrepreneur for the last 14 years and holds directorships in numerous companies and also currently plays an active role as Managing Director in Willpowerworx and Willpower Properties, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Consulting Engineering firms and Commercial Director at Metsiworx a turnkey pump company etc.

Other previous roles includes serving on the KZN South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) and Consulting Engineers of South Africa (CESA), Project Management South Africa committees. He is also a past Deputy Chairperson of the Black Management Forum (BMF) Midlands branch and also served on the KZN BMF Provincial committee involved with strategic projects.

Theo has a passion for business development and forming mutual relationships with people. He was a finalist in the Oliver Empowerment Awards in the Top Black Entrepreneur 2014 and has won numerous SMME finalists awards. WillpowerWorx recently won the diamond award in the PMR Africa Awards for the top engineering consulting firm on the KZN South Coast.
