We are so excited to work on this pose with you - we know arm balances can feel a little intimidating, and often there isn’t time in a general class to really break down the posture and work on it. So this is a chance to get down to the nitty-gritty of Hurdlers!
Build strength, and work on flexibility and skills on Tuesday at 6:30pm in Part 1 of our Strength and Flexibility classes, and work on fun flow and transitions with Rolaine on Wednesday at 6:15pm in Part 2.

This pair of classes work together to progress your practice. Join Amy on Tuesdays for Strength and Conditioning for Yoga at 6:30pm, where she will take you through exercises and movements that build strength AND Flexibility. On Wednesdays at 6:15pm, Rolaine will take you through a dynamic Strength and Conditioning Flow. We encourage you to join both classes each week, if you can, to really reap the benefits!

There’s just a couple of spots available for the wonderful Lara Roux’s Backbend Workshop this coming Saturday the 12th November!
With this 2 hour workshop, we will take a deep dive into back-bending, with the aim to learn tools that will help us to feel safe with the physical and emotional aspects of heart-opening Asana (poses).
