Have you ever had a Proper Bike Fitment done❓❓❓

A combination of techniques and fitment protocols, combined to ensure you ride out on your optimal fitted bicycle suited for your individual goals and needs.

Having the correct fitment on your bike enhances and optimizes your efficiency, performance and comfort.

By ensuring you are optimally set up on the bike, you will prevent injuries and common aches and pains associated with cycling such as lower back pain, wrist pain, hot foot, pelvic area discomfort, shoulder and neck pain.

From Monday 19th of April until Friday the 30th of April we are running a Special. Only R500 for a ErgoFit Bike Set up in the Studio .

Entries for the 1st Virtual Cape Town Cycle Tour open on Monday, 15 February at 1PM!

Filmed on the actual Cape Town Cycle Tour route in stunning 4K graphics, it’s the ideal way to experience the beauty of the Cape Peninsula from the comfort of your own home!

Riders can complete each stage as many times as they wish, at any time within the race window and leaderboards will be regularly updated.
Entry donations start at R200 and include a free one-month subscription to the FulGaz Virtual Cycling Platform.
Be part of the fun and help us to track your antics by using the hashtag on your social media.
Fantastic prizes up for grabs from Garmin, Tacx, Powerade, Thule and Oakley.

Studio will be closing at 7PM, please make sure of the time that it will take you to complete each stage and book accordingly. 🚲⌚
