The premix comes with instructions to get it into a dough - thereafter you can be creative and make the following:

- Bread
- Rolls/Buns
- Vetkoek
- Cinnamon buns / Chelsea buns
- Koeksisters
- Pita's
- Pizza bases
- Doughnuts
- Potbrood (Potbread?) etc.

* You don't flour your surface when working with this dough, you OIL your surface - this ensures your baked goods don't turn out dense and dry.

“Cheesy” Garlic bread🥖😍 (dairy-free, gluten-free, Vegan friendly)

1. Defrost your Gluten-Vee rolls in Microwave on “bread defrost” function
2. Mix Vegan butter, garlic, salt & nutritional yeast (“cheese”)
3. Cut your Gluten-Vee roll, spread your mixture in the slices
4. Wrap it up in foil and put on the braai 😍

Note: Gluten-Vee rolls take longer to toast than normal bread and other gluten-free bread🤗🤍
