Who can agree that there’s never enough time in the morning for a good breakfast? FitFoodie has a quick fix for you💪🏽
Recipe:
1/2 cup of oats
1/4 cup of low fat fat plain yogurt
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon of biscoff (adds a great taste)
A splash of low fat milk
*replace biscoff with low fat peanut butter for extra protein
Blend all together and enjoy
This can be made the previous night and stored in the fridge. Grab your smoothie in the morning and have a healthy day!💪🏽
