Our home is situated right in the middle of everything. The front garden is off an expansive undercover patio, complete with outdoor lounge seating area and large bar area with undercounter drinks fridge, square bar counter with space for more than 8 people, for drinks, snacks or a full meal; breakfast, lunch, sundowners or dinner. The large ceramic Egg braai is perfect for group meals, next to the pool and with a gorgeous view of the sea.
The back garden is beautifully landscaped and leads up to a second firepit and kids treehouse.
Inside the house, the four bedrooms are welcoming and comfortable, all with ducted airconditioning controlled by a wallmounted tablet. The large master suite has a walk in closet and spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. The bedroom opens out onto the back lawn through sliding doors and boasts a sea view through the front sliding windows and American Shutters. The other two main bedrooms have sea views while the forth bedroom opens out onto the back lawn.
An entertainers dream, the kitchen, 8 seater dining room table and two lounge areas all open into one another, but with the option of closing glass sliding doors between parts if needed.

Surrounded by 3,000ft pinnacles of rock that rise vertically out of the ice, we do a gentle trek to the summit of ‘Birdfall’ mountain, followed by a journey to a subterranean cave filled with ice crystals.
