Position: Operations Controller
Department: NAC Helicopter Charter
Location: Ultimate Heliport
Reporting to: Operations Manager
SOME KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Booking of daily flights, aircraft & crew
• Managing of aircraft and crew
• Obtain all relevant clearances prior to flight
• Confirm that the helicopter and pilot is ready 30 minutes prior to flight
• Managing helicopter contracts / bases (crew scheduling, flight bookings, 90 day documentation, etc.)
• Assist on weekends if required for special flights
