Mark Burke is the LINK Centre’s specialist in Digital Innovation & Transformation. He is leading research on the critical role that digitalising public services has in empowering citizens to exercise their rights and fulfil their duties.
His work focuses on how digital technology can enhance access to public services more efficiently and effectively, including health care, social welfare, civic registration, and criminal justice.
