Solving the gout mystery
If you search “gout “into Google you will get approximately 1 580 000 000 results and then if search for a cure you will find approximately 118 000 000 results, no wonder that people suffering from gout will get many different answers to the same problem; how can I cure my gout?
So, to the folk who do not know what gout is. It starts with your joint feeling slightly swollen and little sore then before you know it is red and extremely sore to the touch and if it’s in your ankle or foot walking becomes a challenge of its own. The only way to curb this pain is using an anti-inflammatory and with a longer view on the issue being prescribed a chronic medication which will lower your uric acid in your body on an ongoing basis. Both come with their potential risk and side effects though.
As a gout sufferer you get to know some of the triggers that will bring on a bout of it and then to try and avoid these at all costs. The mainstream advice is to avoid foods that contain high levels of purines (You can google that if you are not sure) and then to up your water consumption considerably which is good advice for your body on all fronts anyway. Despite having followed this advice for many years I still found I had many gout attacks.
So, to all the fellow gout sufferers out there I thought to let you in on a cure I have found which is 100% natural and really works and it does not include any form of “gout bombs”, which I used to have to take most weeks of the month, or any anti-inflammatory tablets – (NSAIDS). I have been taking these tablets for just on three years now and have not had a single bout of gout. I can eat and drink all the foods I would typically have had to avoid in the past.
